Cheryl brings a rich tapestry of experience to her coaching practice. A graduate of GCI’s internationally accredited Process Oriented Executive & Systems Coaching Program, Cheryl also has qualifications in psychology, is a course leader for the NEABPD relationship skill building program and has experience as a crisis counsellor and crisis call centre team leader in London.

Her seasoned leadership across various organisational roles enriches her understanding of workplace dynamics, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of both personal and professional landscapes.

In addition to her coaching qualifications, Cheryl holds a doctorate of philosophy and an Honours degree in psychology.

Cheryl’s approach is holistic and tailored, addressing a wide spectrum of needs including anxiety and depression, performance anxiety and emotional dysregulation, and embracing mediation, relationship skills, change management and leadership challenges.
